About the Lunar Horse:
The first coin of the Shēngxiào Collection to be released is that struck for the Lunar Year of the Horse. Wuon-Gean Ho, a British Chinese artist and printmaker, has created a design that combines a powerful horse paired with the famous Uffington Horse, an ancient white horse carved into the chalk hills of Oxfordshire, at its feet. People born in a year of the Horse are extremely animated, active and energetic. Horses love to be in a crowd, and they can usually be seen on such occasions as concerts, theater performances, meetings, sporting events, and parties.
