Terms & Conditions

1. About Us
Bleyer Bullion Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is in Devon, UK. References to "Bleyer", "we", "our" or "us" in these Terms mean Bleyer Bullion Ltd.
These Terms govern the purchase of goods from our website at https://www.8akal0w04.com and by telephone. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms.
2. Orders and Contract Formation
An order placed by you constitutes an offer to purchase goods at the price displayed at the time of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order by email (order confirmation) and payment has been successfully processed.
You must be at least 18 years of age and resident in the UK to place an order. We do not currently accept orders from outside the United Kingdom.
All orders are subject to stock availability and satisfactory identity verification where required under our AML obligations (see section 8).
3. Pricing and Payment
Precious metals prices are live and linked to international spot prices. Prices displayed on the website are valid at the time of display and may change before you complete your order. The price charged will be the price confirmed at the time of checkout.
All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Gold coins and bars (investment grade) are VAT-exempt under UK law. Silver and other metals are subject to VAT at the standard rate unless otherwise stated.
Payment is accepted by debit/credit card via our secure payment gateway. We do not store card details.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund before despatch.
4. Delivery
Orders are typically despatched within 2–5 business days of cleared payment, subject to stock availability and identity verification. Delivery is by tracked, fully insured courier to the address provided at checkout.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery (see section 6). We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances outside our control.
For full details including delivery charges, see our Shipping Policy.
5. Returns and Cancellations
Due to the live-priced nature of precious metals, orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed and the contract has formed. Prices fluctuate and we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
If goods arrive damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt. We will arrange collection and replacement or refund as appropriate.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these Terms.
6. Title and Risk
Title (ownership) of goods passes to you only when we have received full cleared payment. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address.
For storage customers, risk passes to the storage facility once your goods have been received and allocated to your account.
7. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. Minor variations in coin appearance, finish and packaging may occur. Weights and purities are as published by the originating mint.
Photographs of coins and bars are for illustrative purposes. Exact items despatched may vary in appearance (e.g. date struck) unless a specific date is expressly stated.
8. Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
Bleyer Bullion is committed to complying with all applicable UK anti-money laundering legislation. We are required to verify the identity of customers where transactions meet or exceed legal thresholds, or where we have reasonable grounds to do so.
We may ask you to provide proof of identity and address before processing or despatching an order. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in us declining or delaying your order.
We may report suspicious transactions to the National Crime Agency as required by law, and we are unable to inform you if such a report has been made.
9. Liability
We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and any breach of your statutory rights.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity arising from a transaction with us.
Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for the goods in that order.
Precious metals are a high-risk asset class. Their value can fall as well as rise. Nothing on this website constitutes financial advice. We are a dealer, not a regulated investment adviser.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos and software — is owned by or licensed to Bleyer Bullion Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our written permission, except as permitted by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
