These 1oz Silver Cayman Islands Marlin coins are a limited mintage Silver bullion coin by the Scottsdale mint They feature a detailed proof like design of a Marlin arcing in the air as it leaps from the water. The obverse of the coin bears a portrait of Her Majesty the Queen shown over a highly polished wave-like surface background. The Cayman Islands is a chain of islands known for it's aquatic wildlife and high standard of living. The marlin is a fish from the family Istiophoridae which has an elongated body, a spear-like snout or bill and a long, rigid dorsal fin.
