2021 John Wayne™ 1oz Silver Bullion Coin

Struck by The Perth Mint from one ounce of 99.99% pure silver, this Premium Bullion Coin pays tribute to one of the most iconic American entertainers of the 20th century, John Wayne™. Over his legendary 50-year career, “The Duke” starred in more than 170 films, many of them as the leading man.

The coin’s reverse features John Wayne™ wearing his trademark cowboy hat while mounted on horseback, alongside the instantly recognisable “JW” logo. Encircling the design is one of his most famous quotes: “Courage is being scared to death – but saddling up anyway.” The Perth Mint’s traditional “P” mintmark completes the design.

The obverse bears the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, along with the denomination 1 DOLLAR, year of issue 2021, and specifications 1oz 9999 Ag.

Each coin is presented in a protective capsule to preserve its condition.
