Heraeus Gold Minted Bullion Kinebar

In 1993, Argor-Heraeus, in collaboration with the Union Bank of Switzerland, introduced Kinebar technology. This innovation features a holographic kinegram embossed onto the reverse side of gold bars. The kinegram displays shifting colours and textures depending on the angle of view. Also on the reverse, you'll find the Argor-Heraeus logo, along with two concentric circles: the inner circle contains the Mint's initials, while the outer circle displays the full name of the Mint. The obverse features a more traditional design compared to the reverse, with several inscriptions arranged vertically. These include the country of issue (Switzerland), the weight (1g), the metal type (fine gold), and its purity (999.9). At the top is the logo, while the bottom displays the certified assayer's hallmark and a unique serial number. The designs on both sides are visually striking and harmoniously complement each other. The hologram is not only visually striking but also adds an extra layer of security, making the bars more resistant to counterfeiting. This unique feature has significantly boosted the Kinebar's popularity among investors and collectors worldwide.
