This pre-owned 2009 Silver Proof £5 coin from The Royal Mint commemorates the 500th anniversary of Henry VIII’s accession to the throne.

The reverse features a regal standing portrait of Henry VIII, designed by John Bergdahl, while the obverse bears the effigy of Queen Elizabeth II.

Struck in 925 sterling silver, the coin weighs 28.28g and is finished to Proof standard. Supplied in its original Royal Mint presentation box with Certificate of Authenticity, this coin is VAT-free. The overall mintage was limited to 20,000 coins, with this boxed issue restricted to just 10,000.
